HOW IT WORKS
Your Sacred Rhythms Journey
Before we begin Once you're enrolled, you'll receive a welcome intake form so I can get to know you before we ever meet — your history, your symptoms, your daily life, and what's feeling hardest right now. Come to your intake session as you are, there's nothing to prepare.
Week 1 — Welcome Intake We spend a full hour together — in person if you're local to Albuquerque, Santa Fe, or Taos, or over Zoom if you're beyond the area. This is where everything begins. We map out your history, your goals, and what your body is telling us, and I build your personalized Month 1 plan around what you most need right now.
Month 1 — Regulation We start with the foundation beneath the foundation. Before nutrition, before herbs, before anything else — your nervous system needs to feel safe, your blood sugar needs to be steady, and your emotional landscape needs tending. This month we focus entirely on the three pillars of regulation: emotional regulation tools tailored to your history and patterns, nervous system support practices specific to what you're moving through, and blood sugar balancing techniques to support your mood, energy, and hormonal health. We meet every other week to check in, adjust, and refine. You have unlimited email access between sessions and I'll respond within 48 hours.
Month 2 — Nourishment With regulation as your foundation, we turn to nourishment. This month we layer in nutritional support and herbal medicine drawn from Ayurvedic traditions — time-tested, deeply researched, and tailored to your season of life. Whether you're preparing for pregnancy, moving through it, or healing postpartum, the way you nourish yourself matters deeply. We build a plan that feels sustainable, not restrictive — rooted in what your body is asking for. Our biweekly sessions continue, and the monthly group Zoom gives you a space to share how the month is unfolding.
Month 3 — Connection The final month is about anchoring everything we've built into your daily life and the world around you. We focus on relational health and healing — tools for deepening connection with the people who matter most. We build a circadian rhythm protocol tailored to your schedule, with practical tips for maintaining it even when life gets unpredictable or you're traveling. And I show up as your accountability partner — making sure these new habits don't just exist on paper but become part of who you are. By the end of month 3, regulation, nourishment, and connection are no longer things you're working on. They're how you live.
After Sacred Rhythms Clients who complete Sacred Rhythms and are ready to go deeper are invited to continue into Flourish — where we bring in comprehensive bloodwork, a certified nutritionist's protocol, and clinical support to optimize what we've already built together.
Your Flourish Journey

We map out your full history, your goals, and what your body is telling us, and I build your personalized plan around what you most need right now.
Months 1–3 — Regulation, Nourishment, Connection The first half of Flourish follows the full Sacred Rhythms journey. We don't skip this step — and that's intentional. Before we bring in labs and clinical protocols, we build the foundation your body needs to respond to them. A regulated nervous system. Steady blood sugar. Deep nourishment. Meaningful connection. By the time we move into the clinical phase, your baseline is stronger, your body is more receptive, and the data we gather will be far more accurate and useful. Throughout all 6 months you have biweekly one-on-one sessions, a monthly group Zoom, and unlimited email support with responses within 48 hours.
Month 4 — Going Deeper As we move into the second half of Flourish, we order your comprehensive bloodwork panel through my clinical partner network. This month we continue implementing and refining everything from months 1–3 while we wait for your results to come in. This is also when doctor messaging support becomes available to you — a licensed physician in your corner if you want to discuss your results with a physician in addition to the guidance I provide.
Months 5–6 — Optimize When your results are in, I'll send you a personal Loom video walking you through exactly what we're seeing, what it means, and the protocol your registered dietitian has built specifically around your results. This isn't a generic handout — it's a plan built around your body and your season. We spend the final two months implementing, refining, and adjusting. More advanced wellness protocols may be suggested as your picture becomes clearer. Prescriptions and supplements are available when clinically indicated, fulfilled through vetted compounding pharmacies and shipped directly to you. By the end of month 6, you're not just feeling better. You know why — and you know how to stay there.
